Otherwise, responding to feature requests (especially with detailed explanations of why the suggestions are good/bad) and responding to requests for feedback are good ways to get rep.

@cigien That's actually the original intent of "Preexisting Campaign". It was originally intended to make it easier to allow new domains to be blacklisted when a spammer which we've already seen for a while starts using the new domain.
