@ThomasWard Having a reboot button would be great! But, it will happen when it happens. Please don't feel pressured. Don't sacrifice security in order to have the feature,or have the feature sooner.

It's one of those things. If they'd posted 3 such answers, I wouldn't hesitate to flag them all as spam. Just a question of whether they're answering in order to promote their site or not.
@Mast They're the author of that tool. It says so in the very first couple of words in the profile bio, and it's linked in their website field. They joined today, just to post this spam to a handful of sites.
There seems to be very little in several of the regular review queues, too. H&I and LA have been very light the last couple of days. Is there less activity overall because more people are on vacation?
I have no clue what is standard. I don't think there is a standard. My company you get... uhh... 7 days per year, maybe? It's a sliding scale, depending on how long you've worked there.
Google says average is 10-20 vacation days per year, again depending on how long you've worked somewhere.
For starters, we pay for the government. Local, provincial and national. Buildings, personnel, etc.. Primary education, infrastructure, police & defence, etc.
