Probably too iffy to ever put on a blacklist, but it's interesting still.
@Rubiksmoose I don't think this was FP. NAA at best, but it's a sales pitch for a specific site/product. That board.

@Vickel Just the fact that something is not in English doesn't mean it's R/A. If it's spam or R/A is usually determined based on a translation of the text. The translation I got from Google Translate was:
> I just registered to thank you, maybe you won't understand what I say because I speak Spanish, however I thank you very much for a happy afternoon full of successes.
That's not R/A. It's just NAA.

@Makyen OK I saw it as pure 100% trolling

@Vickel I'm not sure how you got that impression from that content.

@Makyen taking that example of the conference room, if someone comes in and says that phrase, I would consider it as disruptive or abusive
but maybe, I'm overthinking it...

10:11 PM
@Vickel It would be abusive if they came in to a conference room and yelled it. It might be disruptive if they did so, and could be intended to be trolling, but we should give people the benefit of doubt, particularly for a first occurrence. Obviously, if they rapidly posted that on 10 questions, then it's well into being abusive, but just posting a single non-answer saying "thank you", even if it's in a different language, isn't something we consider to have risen to the level of being R/A.

@Makyen OK, I'll consider that, 1st timer: benefit of doubt, thanks for pointing this out and generakky thanks for being a great mentor!

@Vickel I'm happy to help. Thanks!
