I haven't seen; are the questions spread across time? Maybe the author found a solution to a problem and went to provide solutions to various questions (through searches)

Then I don't think we should !!/report instances like that unless there's a pattern of behavior. We like handling trolls, yes, but only once they've established themselves as a nuisance in the first place. Does that make sense?
A first misguided post that isn't blatant spam and not rude/abusive by it self is better not reported here. Two or more from that same user, in the same style: sure, that is worth a report.
One last thing, @VictorVosMottor - Try to avoid feedbacking on your own !!/reports. This has been discussed before, and the general idea is that we'd like other humans to review manual reports. See also:
@SecretAgentMan In general, please don't give feedback on the posts which you manually report. The reason behind that desire is to have the feedback be independent of the person reporting. While it's not as critical now that we require two feedbacks on each post (only one feedback used to be required), it's still something we desire.

@JeffSchaller No, it's a bot that closes issues after 30 days, unless they have a "status: confirmed" label. The above message is a request for maintainers to add it there.
I wish I was fluent with python, because I'd dive right into the that issue.
@gparyani I'm not sure I have the authority to add that label, but I've gone ahead and done so. If I'm not supposed to do that (and someone is reading this in the future) please ping me. It definitely appears to be an issue that would be nice to be looked at/addressed in some fashion.
@Spevacus There's an existing PR which attempts to do so, but it needs significant revision. If you're interested in picking it up, you could use that PR as a starting point.
@gparyani Please make such requests a bit less cryptic, so they don't cause people who are not already familiar what you're asking to be confused about what you are asking, or have to research to figure out what you're talking about. For example, you could have said something like:
