Based on metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/domains/47573, standardcoldpressedoil\.com qualifies for blacklisting... but it appears in stackoverflow.com/questions/41582129/… which does not seem like spam. If it's blacklisted, and that question were edited, or an answer were posted to it, then it might receive wrong autoflags.
AFAIK there's no evidence the OP of that question posted it in order to create this sort of situation. So I guess it shouldn't be blacklisted. I'm not sure though.

@Das_Geek Okay. I visited the site and it doesn't seem to have that issue. @SmokeDetector fp- Though this question was rightly closed, it doesn't seem to be spam. See the comments on the question. This appears to have been posted by someone genuinely excited about the development documented in the news article, from a major news source, that they linked to. There's no indication that they're affiliated with the business the article is about or the news source itself, nor that they were deliberately seeking to abuse the site on which they posted.

@double-beep Thanks for pointing it out. That one shows an error, which we can look into. The previous one I'd seen didn't have any record of why it didn't autoflag. (cc @Undo @ArtOfCode @ThomasWard)
The Error is:
private method `select' called for nil:NilClass: private method `select' called for nil:NilClass | /var/railsapps/metasmoke/releases/20200120162058/app/models/concerns/post_concerns/autoflagging.rb:201:in `fetch_revision_count'

/var/railsapps/metasmoke/releases/20200120162058/app/controllers/posts_controller.rb:159:in `block (2 levels) in create'
The error is on line 201 in app/models/concerns/post_concerns/autoflagging.rb and implies the attempt to get the revisions list from the SE API either failed or returned nothing (e.g. what would be seen if the post was already deleted). This might be due to the post being deleted prior to the attempt, which could be consistent with the slower autoflagging we've been seeing.
