@Stormblessed It's a watched keyword that's really a precursor to a possible new detection "link at start of post". It detects links which are at the start of the post, with some domains excluded. It's long overdue to be moved into it's own detection. Doing that is on me, as the person who added it to the watchlist.
@Makyen That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in answer and Potentially bad keyword in body; append -force if you really want to do that.
Note: The preceding blacklists and watches match some usernames. However, for all combinations which I checked (and I checked quite a few), all of them were accounts that appeared to be advertising gambling.

there might not be enough tpu records in MS, but I found a couple deleted but unreported posts on AU (and low score on other sites, which I consider spam, as they're almost always from the same users) which I consider enough to justify it

@Stormblessed Yes, Charcoal HQ is not associated with a SE site. It's associated with SE in general. There are various effects of that, one is that tag Markdown doesn't work: [tag:foobar].

You may also want to look at the userscripts we have available (GitHub), as they can be quite helpful depending on how you want to participate. For feedback & viewing in chat, I find FIRE and AIM to be the ones I use the most.
Just so you know, we normally tell people when they are getting privileges that we practice the "ton of bricks" discipline method here: If you mess-up sufficiently, or consistently, we come down like a ton of bricks :-).
