It's not that easy to come up with a pattern that will fit all the combinations that people might think of, particularly when not wanting an outrageous number of FP. We adapt when we see new trends.
@thesecretmaster The post itself might be borderline, but the user account seems genuine enough to me (few years old account, has another okay answer from January). A warning comment is in place, that is enough in my personal opinion.

We also have disclosure of affiliation, and the person has other genuine web presence such as a linked github and twitter etc.
@TetsuyaYamamoto Are you just going through the MS Review queue? Or, doing something in addition to the MS review queue, or something else?
I ask because I thought that the MS review queue was only supposed to present posts with < 2 feedbacks (potentially also those with conflicting feedback). All of the posts which I checked of those you just gave feedback on already had > 2 feedbacks, and were not conflicting (possibly some were < 2 feedbacks or conflicting, but certainly not close to all of them). So, I'm just checking to see if the MS review queue is working the way that I'm expecting it to, or not.

@ArtOfCode Is the MS post review queue supposed to present posts to users when there are > 2 feedbacks? I was under the impression that MS review only continued to present a post to users until such time as the post has "enough" feedback, where enough was defined as 2 feedbacks. [Arguably, it should be until >=2 feedbacks and something to show there's a consensus; e.g. > 50% of the feedback is on one type (TP/FP/NAA), the type of feedback with the most feedbacks isn't tied with the next, etc.]
However, from the feedback provided above, and response from @EriktheOutgolfer, it appears that posts are presented with, at least, <=3 feedbacks. I'm only checking to make sure that it's working as intended.
It doesn't appear to answer, but it's not something I'd flag as NAA, because, on it's face, it doesn't look like it's not an answer. In other words, you'd need context to know it's not an answer, which a moderator might not look for if they just get an NAA flag.
