However since that's a lot of effort I wanted something that we could drop in more easily for CE, and I remembered Banks's github.com/Charcoal-SE/stack.chat

@tripleee Agreed. I'm leaning quite a bit towards spam, as the request is quite clear that they want something running on Linux. While it doesn't explicitly say that online isn't acceptable, IMO it's clear that it doesn't fit what the question OP is asking for.
