@StephenKennedy @PetterFriberg If it was posted by an unaffiliated user, it'd be at least NAA. However, the username makes it clear that there's association. The user's profile makes it explicit that there's affiliation. Thus, by the definitions SE uses, it's spam. Per the

. You could choose to give the user a break and not flag as spam, but, IMO, the answer is clearly promoting, not answering.
