@JAD Or, something for the opposite, as acting on non-reports is less common. Although, getting people to remember at this point would take time, as people are well-trained in the current usage. Given that the main issue we're talking about is giving feedback, it could be that feedback skips non-reports, or we have alternate tools.
Frankly, I'm not clear that enabling bulk feedback is that great of a thing. Feedback, in theory, is only for when you've verified the report, which implies you've viewed the post, not just only seen the report in the chat transcript. Thus, there is an expectation that you should be some sort of individual action, at least for the review portion of handling reports.
