But SOCVR/Charcoal relations aren't my area of expertise.

@Mithrandir SOCVR and Charcoal permissions are handled separately. There's obvious exceptions like developer access like i gave myself, but SOCVR usually needs some additional things for 'access' there.

@JakeSymons Not anymore it isn't.

I think I'll work on joining here before I start considering joining on SOCVR. One step at a time :)

SOCVR is a bit tricky, yes.

I mean, the obvious exception was me giving myself access in all the rooms, but I'm a smokey tester/dev and run a number of their instances so :P

I only drop in to SOCVR to yell at people when they break Smokey, sooooo

@Mithrandir sure it wasn't me :)

@JakeSymons SPAM flags have consequences for the OP and we had some members that flagged stuff wrong, so wrong that moderators got annoyed as well as the majority of the regulars. That is why I've put a sanity check by RO's on the smokey privileges for users. There are no hard criteria but showing in the room that you know what you are doing is a must. And we prefer users to have access to review queues, so that starts at 500 rep. Does that explain the why?
