@MartinSleziak TBH I'm not sure, they don't seem to be trying to promote anything and it doesn't look rude. I suggest just keeping an eye on the user and seeing what happens.
If you want to, you can !!/blu the user, but it isn't really a permanent solution since the list of blacklisted users isn't carried between Smokey instances when they switch over.

I think 112 on mobiles calls the nearest cell tower, no matter who owns it or who your current provider is, but 000 only works if you are in range of your own service provider

@quartata (angus here) I figured out what the problem is. Turns out that the /posts/id route of the SE API doesn't return a question_id, only the /answers/id route. I'll see what I can do to fix that up
