@PetterFriberg Definitely borderline, up for debate and I won't fight too hard. Reasoning, though: (1) seems to make an attempt to answer, recommending a plugin (which is fine, you just can't ask for recommendations. I could see an LOA argument if someone wanted to make it, and (2) answers the "cannot afford to install dualboot for Windows and Visual Studio." part of the question. Neither is an awesome answer, and the question to (2) could probably be closed.

@Mithrandir I wouldn't do that, it sniffs the data in recursively and doesn't handle comments properly I don't think

because that file isn't pure Python it's just a file with a veyr large number of keywords that has to be regex-parsed by the system

I've noticed that most account that post spam are usually created the-same day and the posts are usually the first posted made from these accounts. Some of these people will never ask or answer real questions. They are created for the sole purpose of spamming. At-least on the tag I mostly answer ...
