@ArtOfCode That's because you created a site favicon (good) but Ruby expects an app icon by default. The pull request should fix it, I think.
The favicon does work on pages where it's not overridden by RoR -- such as 404 pages.

12:49 AM
Merged, needs pull.

The search box now says "Search Q&A" on all sites, just because SO is going to get some sort of job search built in...

It's in the top 3, actually @George. This is #1, and you can probably guess #2 without too much eldritch horror. — Shog9 ♦ 7 mins ago
I'd never guess that #1 (by the flags received)

Weird, only 264 views. Then again it has 161 revisions, plus notices, locks, closed, etc.
You probably CAN guess flag magnitude by looking for low-scoring posts with lots of edits, by lots of users. Dead user is a clue too.

@LiveForever #2 is almost certainly the parsing HTML with regex answer.

@hichris123 Bah, just because a moderator used "Please stop the flagging!", in Zalgo, as an edit reason... :)

@BrockAdams Huh, not sure about that.

@Undo, can you pull the last Metasmoke commit and see if it fixes the favicon issue?

@BrockAdams done
Although there's something weird; like another Puma instance is running

Yeah, the MS page is reporting this as the current commit... PR 3, not PR 4 :(

I might rework that at some point, but it works for now

Tavern looks like scorched land after a battle.

Wow
Okay, here's a thought: If Smokey were to be made a Tavern owner, it could automatically migrate messages to the trashcan or something
That adds a level of overhead in determining when something has been baleeted, but maybe we could just add those IDs to the normal bodyfetcher requests when one gets sent off. Then remove the chat message if it's not returned

Does CE support migration? Can it even be done via a websocket?

On a related note, are there any SE mods on duty at this time?

@BrockAdams well, there's me. But you're probably looking for CMs.

Yes, SE "supermods".

Just asking. Some big sites have 24/7 mods.

@BrockAdams Have to understand, "find" usually means "pull away from their families" at this time of day.
Most other times of day you can just drop something in TL and someone with superpowers will see it
@BrockAdams Oh, definitely. Sites like SO and probably SU have 24 hour coverage easily.

@SmokeDetector k

Since the network is already "SO plus a little more", SO mods could be given a little more power: network spam-nuking.

@LiveForever I suspect they would go with a system where a few moderators get manually 'trusted' or something with network powers, possibly with SO mods all automatically trusted.
Or, possibly, a system where a network user with only 1-rep accounts can be nuked by two moderators on two sites where they have an account
Probably with restrictions on how old that account can be

Yes, if an account is created today and did nothing but to post a bunch of posts with 0 upvotes (and a few spam flags), it's not like there is a risk of losing something valuable.

They are also choosing titles to make them fit the site: metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/16144
Less obvious than "smart formula for brain boosting"
A new-ish site that has really made it into a spam target is Engineering: metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/… (I already moved it to API queue = 1, replacing craftCMS which is no longer spammed)
