@DavidCoffron Right, but on the flip side, if I describe myself as enby, it allows me to a) indicate that I am not "as I appear" (because presentation is complicated) and b) allows me to potentially find people who are also this thing to ally myself with/befriend/learn from etc

user15026
It also allows me an easy way to explain certain things about me that aren't going to be clear from looking at me, but that will be easily assumed. (aka I look somewhat female)

@MikeQ Really, everybody is an atheist if you think about it.

@Ash The use of parenthesis in this message is really bugging me...

user15026
@GreySage awww, crap, did I not close one? I am bad for that. checks

@GreySage Well, there's more than one.

That should be better, I think?

@Ash My programmer-self thanks you

user15026
(I am notorious for not closing my parentheses, apologies)

@Ash Well, are they off-topic?

user15026
@Yuuki facepalm

9:07 PM
@Ash (If I don't close my parens my code doesn't work, so I've received a lot of training in spotting mismatching ones, no worries)

user15026
Ah, yeah, I can see how that would be yes

I used to be better at spelling and grammar, back when I was still writing programs exclusively in a text editor.
Notepad code editing is the ultimate "learn to find your mistakes, or learn to stop making mistakes" experience.

Historical note: "Hacker" once meant a coder who didn't write clean code and didn't fix it before running it.

hacker has meant a lot of things

Hackers are those programmers who, for some reason, decide to come into work when they have the flu and spend the entire day hacking up phlegm.

9:17 PM
@Yuuki We have one of those in my office today...

oh whoo, I'm trusted

@JohnP Cool--thanks!

@Carcer congrats!!

We celebrated 30,000 Q's are we going to have a baby celebration for 10,000 [dnd-5e] questions?
We're getting kinda close (probably will hit before Thanksgiving)

@DavidCoffron We're at palindrome levels again (30103)

@GreySage huzah
/me Becomes super-diamond-mod and shuts down site to forever hold palindrome

User can't ask off-topic question if there is no user.
@Yuuki For Mod 2020

10:37 PM
@DavidCoffron Totally :)
That's awesome

Q: When making a campaign, how liberal can you get with "homebrewing" in 5e?

TheCentaurUnsure how far to go. If you want to make your campaign really interesting, how far can you go in making new monsters, artifacts, and such? Essentially, should you be able to create entire new subtypes of monsters, such as, for example, adding a Spectral Subtype to the Undead Type? Create new d...

Whoa.
