Recently, all commands from his phone stopped reaching his device, demonstrating that it they were no longer connecting to each other. Why would this be happening and how could he fix ...

There always be rude people on the internet. Over EE.SE we have a high repped user, with valuable knowledge but got suspended for a month because of rudeness.
