@ChrisCudmore That looks like a shower. Everything is grounded in a shower, so there's no problem running electrical in there.

@BMitch Working above your head makes your arms tired. Ripping down the fixture allows you to work in a more ergonomic position. This is especially useful, if you have somebody else replace the fixture.
