only have paypal and cash, no stores around here have any, and the only one futureshop can order in that's 250 is a startech that's 26 pin and mine is 24
also has to be industry standard size to fit my desktop
power supply model number fsp atx-250pa (1) for a acer am1100
The only sellers with paypal that are cheap are in china or EU so shipping makes a 12-25 dollar psu go over 100
Guess it's time to take a extra day off work and drop by my hometown, the place has over 30 computer/tech/part shops within a 5 mile radius
I think I may just get a bit of rest tonight and go hunting for the psu more tomorrow, since I've been tired as hell from working late shifts
yeah it's a atx
I want to buy cheap just because it's more of a test than a replacement part, as I'm testing a theory me and hen have as to the issue we're having with our desktops, mine being slightly worse so I'm testing whatever I can to see if it fixes the problem
And now I need to go disable a feature in ms office as I just got a bit of a surprise when a talking paper clip popped up on my screen
Hello folks, I'm trying to make a POST request via CURL .. Is there a way to append the file contents in --data key ? Eg : curl --data "param1=value1¶m2=@file.txt" http://example.com/resource.cgi
something like I mentioned in param2
(not sure if I'm in the right chat room to ask) This is my first time, please be polite :)
@Jeyanthan: I don't know much about curl, but from the manpage, I think --data only does ASCII (which shouldn't be the issue here). I wonder if using the binary option would work better

I am using Windows 8 Pro 32-bit, with a 2 TB hard drive and 3 GB of RAM. I installed Win8 the day it was released in October, and it has been operating flawlessly since installation.
BACKGROUND ** Yesterday morning (Jan. 30th) a blue screen appeared with a message that Windows had found an erro...
Lemme present a screenshot how many different versions of .NET Framework runtime I got on my system. Software install them as part of their installation but when uninstalled , they don't remove the redistribution , do they? . I had visual studio 2010 installed which I uninstalled recently.

contacted Skype. Don't know original email address used, nor the password.

"hey, thanks for contacting us about forgetting which email address was used! we can reset it for you. now, to prove your identity, you will need to tell us which email address was used!"

does anyone else see something wrong with that? or am I misreading this? :S
well, when I run it in a VM with <=20GB virtual disks anyway
I normally end up symlinking the home directory to a host folder
Windows 2003 RDP is weird.
When I remote in to our server with the same account that is currently logged in locally at the server, it logs in as that account all over again with blank MRUs
so there's two sessions logged in to the same account with different currently running programs, etc.
rather ironic that they charge us double the price (like many other online retailers) online, but the physical media, which would include shipping charges, are cheap
:\
@HackToHell it's a rather low power ARM SoC
and compiling software can be very CPU intensive
the best thing to do may be to cross-compile on a faster computer
> The main ATX power connector was extended to 24 pins. The extra four pins provide one additional 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V circuit.
> The 6-pin AUX connector from ATX12V 1.x was removed because the extra 3.3 V and 5 V circuits which it provided are now incorporated in the 24-pin main connector.
@user88311 what are your size/shape requirements?
is this going into a standard ATX case?
this one would probably satisfy electrical requirements, but the form factor is ITX
there's a few more options for 300W (will work since the computer will only draw what it needs; 250 and 300 are close enough that efficiency differences should be negligible)
huh
@jokerdino I guess I have you to thank/blame for those upvotes? :P
@JourneymanGeek Great men do not seek power; power is thrust upon them. // Although, I did whine and complain so much that perhaps my whining resulted in my receipt of power
@allquixotic: on the other hand, the tools do seem to touch on the problem at hand, and the answers do seem to answer the question. They even bitch about cost
Its one of those 'there's ALMOST a pattern, but not enough to assume its spamming
new APIs, not necessarily new syntax (because new syntax would cause script compilation errors with old browsers, whereas just new APIs can be avoided or worked around by version sniffing)
I think you can also test new global objects or new functions for equality with null to determine if the feature is implemented in the current JS engine without sniffing User-Agent
@Sathya could be rewritten to asking for the differences between the two approaches? though that's still a little borderline, it's possible to give an exact answer. kinda.
