Some sites are just strange. The mods won't allow you to flag anything as "obsolete". Anything at all.

Won't be getting a bunch of hats because of that.

@Pëkka The best solution is not to destroy the data, but to retain it. Percent-escaping the individual UTF-8–encoded bytes is the next best thing to trivial. I think SE user names are restricted to things that count as having the Unicode character property General Category=Letter, so that wouldn’t count seeing as how it is a GC=Symbol, but it’s the thought that counts.

Not sure though.

Red center is what hongzhong means. Dragon is 'long'.
