Yup, terrafirmacraft still has chiseling options. Sure, making a chisel is a pain in the neck, just as basically anything in that mod.

Just an example of what you can do. (full detail options, so you can break of any part of a block (whereas a part is the same size as the little blocks mod)

so 1 block has 512 separate parts you can break of. 8*8*8 dimensions per block.
