Not that any of us would stoop to using Origin and/or play Sims 2, but the Ultimate Edition is now free for everyone, just click here, log in w/your Origin account, and enter code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS

@Chippies yeah, I saw a lot of reports about what it was, but not specifically how to do it. EA's got a support page, but giving the direct link seemed easier.

@GnomeSlice yes, actually. I have sims 3, and I have a special sims account which is on top of my origin account to use it. it logs in and I get like premium currency and stuff through it.

it's also how you redeem sims 3 keys, through a separate account you have to log into via the website and in-game

I wonder what lesson EA learned from Sim City. It had to learn something, but I just don't know if it was "Online only is bad." or "We have to just make sure the servers don't crash lol"

Sims 4 needs online multiplayer though... that'd be cool. The most enjoyment I had with sims was playing with friends on the console versions.

I would probably rather play Sims 2 Ultimate Edition, rather than Sims 4 Base-no-pools-no-toddlers-buy-dlc version

well, in sims 3 I think I had to patch AFTER origin downloaded it, for whatever silly reason.

my kids refuse dinner on a regular basis. the youngest will eat generally one thing off her plate. the middle one I can generally get to take one bite of everything, but that's only under threat of not getting to do what he wants after dinner. the eldest makes faces but is in a growth spurt and generally will eat a lot.

It's often funny watching him. He'll be all excited about supper and what we are having and run to the table, sit down, and then become morose and refuse to touch anything on the table.

The way my parents handled that with me (although with me it was usually not wanting to eat something specific, not refusing to eat at all) was that I had to sit at the table until I finished my food or it was bed time.

@StrixVaria they're cute, and they often like to snuggle, and you can teach them to play co-op games with you. but it's a lot of work, and responsibility, and sacrifice.

Since it has been going on so long, we are taking a "fight the war not the battle" view. He has until everyone else is done to eat four bites of supper. If he doesn't, he gets no dessert or snacks before bed.

This is actually my friend's problem,he says that when his little cousin was playing on his pc he restarted it then started pressing random buttons at the setup screen. Regardless of what happened.... Most of the games would give a black screen with the mouse pointer when opening them. he tried ...

Q: Multiplayer deck strategy

I've pretty much completed the current single player game so I am trying to focus on Multiplayer. I've pretty much got all the POW boosts that will help me on wifi play, so I need to set up a deck that will work well together. What units would you recommend and why?
