Q: Lair Rally points messing up

SC2 HotS multiplayer. Whenever I upgrade to a lair or hive as zerg my rally points get cancelled and sometimes just as a hatchery it happens too. I'm needless missing mining time and have units out of position anyone having the same issue or know whats going on here?

@OrigamiRobot When you get back, can you do me a favour: I've set up a system for topping up my farms with fertilizer, can you use a gravity gun (there's one in my tool chest) to move my barrel of apatite into the appropriate place under my farms. It should be pretty obvious where it goes.

@OrigamiRobot You'll need to put a timer in too, just craft one if need be. In exchange take anything you need from my supplies!

I'd do it myself but it's taken me half an hour to get as far as I have on my parent's computer...
