Q: Critical Hit Damage or Main Skill Attribute

My weapon has 270 intelligance (main skill attribute). I am trying to find a combination of Life on Hit and Critical Hit Damage on my weapon, but in order to get a better weapon I have to sacrifice intelligence, and I don't know the amount I can sacrifice without losing DPS.
