Q: I can't find Grab Menu

Saiful IslamI have just install Ubuntu 12.10 alongside my windows 8 pc. I get my pc in Windows 8 and I can't get the Grab Menu for selecting my operating system. I also use live version. What can I do now for getting my grab menu?
