I think that's because suggested edits need quick attention? so the system wants you to go fix them asap, hence the orange box

@Zanna Seems not really specific to Ubuntu. He modified some files of a special application and now they don't work, it's neither a common application nor do we know anything about the modifications or the environment, so it's either not Ubuntu or unclear or too broad IMHO.
