Might make a good snappy app, pop it on the cloud, or something

@hbdgaf Did I tell you about my new app?

I have the craziest bug on youtube right now - whatever I type in search box is invisible

4 hours later…
4:37 AM
Morning

@A.B. Greetings.

5:35 AM
@NathanOsman Not that I recall

It's a really lightweight alternative to Postfix for sending email.
With a slight twist...
Instead of using SMTP to relay the messages, it exposes a really simple HTTP API.
So you send the program something like this:
{
    "to": "you@you.com",
    "from": "me@me.com",
    "subject": "Message",
    "text": "this is a test"
}
...and it converts it into a properly encoded MIME message (an email, basically :P) and then sends it using SMTP to the destination.

6:36 AM
Night all.

@NathanOsman See you later.

3 hours later…
9:31 AM
@Rinzwind Congrats on 100K :)

10:12 AM
thanks :)

10:32 AM
XD. I feel like an underachiever now ;p

11:05 AM
I have my eyes set on Fossy :=)

11:47 AM
@Rinzwind - Congrats on receiving +100k reputation from me too !

12:12 PM
@Rinzwind If you keep this up, you'll catch up to Oli in no time!

user136984
@A.B.: Do you use Firefox?

user136984
:)

@ParanoidPanda When it comes to web browsers, there is no other choice then Mozilla Firefox. Because there is none better.

@blade19899 ehm. ff is bloated :P

@Rinzwind I keep hearing that, but never seem to notice.... And
I have like 500 tabs open in my Firefox, at startup its like 10 sec, but after that it works smooth.
I have noticed the bloated feel on a Windows machine, but not on my Linux system.

@SmokeDetector Good boy!

Hello - does anyone have a good idea on this issue : askubuntu.com/questions/667668/…

user136984
VTC this as unclear what you're asking.

@ParanoidPanda yes

Hi all.

12:31 PM
@terdon Greetings.

@heemayl thanks for your concern; I'm fine, I've just been away on holiday for a while now and had no regular internet access :)

@terdon Hi, nice to read you =)

@A.B.: Do you think that this is a good feature request? If you do, could you please mark it as confirmed, as I find that feature requests aren't really noticed until someone else wants them too (if you do want this one too that is). :)

Q: Differences between Ubuntu LTS and Debian Stable (Gnome Shell)?

empedoklesWhat are the major differences among this two Linuxes? I'm thinking about switching to Debian (mainly because of my dislike of Spyware, the company behind Ubuntu). And is there an easy installation routine like Ubuntu has with Ubiquity?

@ParanoidPanda +1

user136984
Thanks! :)

^^^^^^^^^^@ParanoidPanda

user136984
And there is just one more here which would be a great help to me (and probably many other people) if it was implemented. So it would be nice if someone could confirm that too, if they agree with it. :)

@A.B. He wants the health report without sharing with mozilla.

12:36 PM
Ah o_O
Bookmarked for this evening if I'm at home

user136984
:)

@A.B. Do you have an idea : askubuntu.com/questions/667668/…

user136984
Is there any way to invite someone to chat from their profile?

@ParanoidPanda You need the chat profile, I think.
@cl-netbox Don't really know if it is relevant but I suggest you add your hardware details. The more info you give, the better your chances of getting an answer.

user136984
Do you have to create that? Or is that automatically created for you once you reach a certain rep?

12:41 PM
@cl-netbox What's the output of gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action

@ParanoidPanda It's created the first time you log into chat.
Who do you want to invite?

user136984
@terdon: Oh, I just spotted another panda on the site and wanted to say hi! :D

@A.B. shutdown

user136984
It would be good if you could invite those who do not have a chat profile (yet), but obviously have the right amount of rep.

@A.B. Hardware specifications : SCHENKER XMG notebook series
i7-4710MQ | 16GB RAM | GTX 860M | 250GB SSD | 1TB HDD
Full-HD 17.3" matte display | Wireless AC-7260 + Bluetooth

12:44 PM
@cl-netbox I have no notebook here to test it :\

user136984
So then you could invite them to chat and then it would ask them to create a chat profile, or just do it autonomously.

Nice thing

A new low for Windows. Enterprise machine, and I got in like 15 min xD
Without booting to an external CD/DVD/USB and doing some stuff. Just me and Windows, and I made it hack itself xD

OMG

@A.B. seems I miss understood - you meant add hardware specs to question ?

12:46 PM
no, but the idea is good =)
And add the output of the gsettings … command

@cl-netbox That was me, not A.B. and yes, I meant add to the question. It could be relevant.

@terdon - ok - I will do so

@terdon Nice to hear from you again :)

@Mitch Just noticed this was deleted, my I ask why exactly?

@heemayl :)

12:50 PM
@A.B. - ok - I add gsettings output

user136984
Since Windows 10 is being highly criticised for spying excessively (although even slightly is excessive and should not be permitted in the slightest) on its users, do you guys think that this will mean more Linux and more Ubuntu users?

@blade19899 Its been almost a year since that happened. I can't tell you why, and won't just come up with a reason. For that, I went ahead and undelete.

Q: Is it fine to raise support on your own site Meta and then migrate to main Meta?

Paranoid PandaOn the main Meta.SE site I find that most of my suggestions are easily and harshly crushed, so I don't suggest much there, however I feel better about asking on the AU Meta first, and then if I get enough support here, try it out on the main Meta (through migration or just asking it there and may...

@cl-netbox Please make a test. Start `gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action shutdown`I have a strange thing with dconf-editor.
When I set the value for the key to the default value in the dconf-editor (shutdown), `gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action` returns still `suspend`

2:22 PM
Top of the morning, lads !

user139252
My siren diagram that has no relevance has two stars?

user139252
This world is ending.

@HeatherBrown It has relevance to me, because I am an EET major and I was one of the ones who stared it

@A.B. - test result : gsettings - shutdown | dconf-editor - shutdown

2:39 PM
@cl-netbox are you on 15.04 by any chance ?

@Serg - yes 15.04 - unity

@cl-netbox so it might be a bug. I have couple of gsettings schemas that don't respond to changing, but other ones do. I can write a work-around script until you find a solution. The best I can do right now. Also, try filing bug report.

@Serg - thanks but as you see in screenshot for @A.B. in my settings everything is correct. I made the test because @A.B. had strange behavior.

@cl-netbox I thought you were the one asking about machine not shutting down when battery is critically low
I guess A.B. just asked others to test it out

user136984
Quick question, if you find something that could be exploited in a program, is it a good thing to create something malicious that would exploit that issue and then submit it as a virus to the AV that it affects?

user136984
2:47 PM
If there is no way to actually report the bug...

user136984
And if you did decide to do that, should you claim ownership of the malware? :D

user136984
Not that I have done any of this, or am planning to, however, just curious.

@ParanoidPanda I probably would report it as is, without building any malware, because if that gets out into the world, you might end up in trouble as the author of that malware :/

@Serg - yes that's true I'm the one ... but this settings thing was a request to me from @A.B. :
@cl-netbox Please make a test. Start `gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action shutdown`I have a strange thing with dconf-editor.
When I set the value for the key to the default value in the dconf-editor (shutdown), `gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action` returns still `suspend`

user136984
@Serg: Ah, you are right, but what if it was just some proof-of-concept code? Would it definitely be a bad thing to report it like that?

2:52 PM
@cl-netbox well, suspend is the default value, that's true
$ gsettings list-recursively | grep -i critical
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'suspend'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'suspend'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300

user136984
Just curious. ;)

user136984
But probably it would be better not to build the malware...

There's mine. If you want to alter it, you need to alter it manually with gsettings or through System Settings GUI. In 15.04, I've noticed, there's issue where some gsettings schemas work, and others don't. Hence I'd suggest reporting that as a bug

@Serg - this is my output : gsettings list-recursively | grep -i critical
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'shutdown'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'shutdown'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300

He @Serg o/ :)

2:55 PM
@ParanoidPanda proof-of-concept . . . .might be ok, as long as it doesn't actually do anything malicions . . . like you can read /etc/passwd, but avoid actually doing something blackhats can use. Also, disclamer : I am in no way a security expert, just an opinionated college student
@A.B. o/

user136984
So picture another possible situation, I went to a site, and accidentally got the source code for some malware, then stuck the code (after realising what it was) in an IDE, and built it in order to send the built version to an AV company, is this a wise thing to do, or is it better not to build it? And if so, then how do you get it to them without building it?

@Serg ... and shutdown is exactly what I want the machine to do.

Interesting output, I don't have 'suspend' I have only suspend with gsettings get

@cl-netbox exactly, , that's what i am saying. You canged settings to shutdown but it doesn't actually work. Right ?

Without the quotes

2:57 PM
@Serg - this setting was already default after install in April.
@A.B. - with the quotes (in Terminal)

I am kind of upset with my android emulator right now - I cannot figure out how to share files, because if I try to email attachments, i get crazy graphical glitches, and with any app I try to install , i get "The blah app stopped working " error

user139252
@Serg Genymotion?

@HeatherBrown yes,ma'am

user139252
As far as I know, that has ADB on it...

user139252
adb push /path/to/local /path/to/android

3:04 PM
@A.B. @Serg - interesting : I checked on my wife's notebook with 14.04.3 and this edition has suspend as default.

Yes, same as mine 14.04

In 15.04 I believe it's shutdown
@ParanoidPanda cab you check this please?

user136984
@A.B.: Sorry, check what? :)

@Serg @A.B. - I make another check - I boot my machine from 15.10 iso file and check what's the settings there. - I'll be back in about 15 min.

Eh . . .15.04 and 15.10 are development releases . . . .just stick with LTS

3:11 PM
@ParanoidPanda open the dcinf editor, search for
critical-battery-action
And press default. What do you see, still reboot?

user136984
@A.B.: It is already the default, which is suspend...

@Serg - I have all of them on different machines - 15.04 is running absolutely great except this one issue. 14.04 is also running great, but had other minor issues as well.

user136984
I have now set it to hibernate...

Suspend? Interesting

user136984
Anyway, I need an answer on this, I went accidentally to some dodgy site and then the next day found a txt file on my machine containing the source code for some malware, what do I do with it? It could be some new malware, I simply do not know, do I build it in my IDE and then submit it to ClamAV or what?

3:15 PM
Post it , in paste.bin

user136984
Where, here?

user136984
Or paste it to them?

user136984
And is paste bin really a safe place to put potentially new and unknown malware?

Yes, paste. It's only one file?

@HEatherBrown that's a good idea but i don't see the devise listed with adb devices command

user136984
3:16 PM
It feels rather irresponsible...

Anyway, i will figure something out

user136984
So you want me to send them the link or show you here?

Here

user136984
How is that at all responsible?

@ParanoidPanda I would be more concerned that you went to a dodgy site and got some file from there on your Desktop. Make sure nobody has gained access to your machine . . .yet

3:18 PM
:)

user136984
@Serg: I have run all checks necessary, and made sure that no other changes were made, and anyway, it got cached, not exactly downloaded.

OK . . . I'm sure you're smart enough to stay secure

user136984
But I will keep a look out for odd activity on my machine, I have a HIDS, and lots of other stuff...

user136984
So I should notice anything odd...

user136984
:)

user136984
3:21 PM
Anyway, @A.B. I fear that the malware I have found shows and exploits an issue in a program many Linux users have... So I don't think it would be wise for me to post it anywhere, certainly not on a Linux site.

user136984
Why do you need it anyway?

user139252
@Serg You have to use the Genymotion control panel... if I was on my home desktop I could explain better...

@ParanoidPanda By the way, your question could be a good one for security.stackexchange.com

user136984
@Serg: Hmm... You are right, I'll ask it there! Thanks! :)

@ParanoidPanda I'm just curious.

3:27 PM
@ParanoidPanda which program it is anyway ?

And security by obscurity isn't a good plan

@A.B. true
I .....am....super...HUNGRY T_T . . . .it's 9:28 am and my partner doesn't show up until 12pm

user136984
@Serg: I can't tell you which program, for now I will just ask on the security SE site, and then hopefully find a way to submit it, it's not that I don't trust you guys, but this is a public site.

:P

@ParanoidPanda -___- at least I'd know what to uninstall yo

3:31 PM
@A.B. @Serg - Hey guys, look at this - gsettings output from 15.10 :
ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action
'suspend'

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ gsettings list-recursively | grep -i critical
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'suspend'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action 'suspend'
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power percentage-critical 3
org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power time-critical 300

Yes . . . .shows suspend . . .the default action . . . .i don't see anything different

just a crazy idea : is it possible that suspend means shutdown and shutdown means suspend ?

Try it :) it's a creative idea

Truth is lie , lie is truth ; war is peace, peace is war. George Orwell's 1984 ! It's happeneng
3
Seriously, if that is really the case, that's some crazy bug that needs to be reported

I will do that next time I use my battery, mostly I discharge it once a month (at the end).

user136984
3:36 PM
@Serg @A.B.: Ok, I have posted a question about it here. :)

Q: Accidentally come accross the source code for some malware, what to do?

Paranoid PandaOk, so this is my story, I accidentally the other day went to a dodgy site, and today I discovered that in my cache there lay a txt file. And after reading the contents of the file, I have deduced that it is the source code for some potentially new malware which exploits a vulnerability in a secu...

Aaaand now we just wait

@A.B. @Serg : Just for clarification - this is my main machine which is used as desktop replacement ...

@cl-netbox do you know how to change boot parameters in grub ?

yes

user136984
3:39 PM
Woops! Spelling mistake in title!

user136984

Q: Accidentally came across the source code for some malware, what to do?

Paranoid PandaOk, so this is my story, I accidentally the other day went to a dodgy site, and today I discovered that in my cache there lay a txt file. And after reading the contents of the file, I have deduced that it is the source code for some potentially new malware which exploits a vulnerability in a secu...

@Serg - yes, why ?

@ParanoidPanda stop spamming

user136984
3:41 PM
@A.B.: Sorry, I would have edited the first one, but my time limit had gone! :D And I just couldn't live with all of you sticking with the badly spelt version! :P

:)

@cl-netbox try rebooting with acpi=off or nomodeset

@Serg interesting :)

@A.B. Well . . . it's a blind guess

And now we waiting for a low battery

user136984
3:47 PM
:D

user136984
Should the default be suspend?

user136984
Or is that a bug?

user136984
Because it doesn't seem right.

@ParanoidPanda suspend is the default
but OP wants machine to shutdown
aaaand it doesnt

user136984
Yes, but it does not seem right...

user136984
3:47 PM
How is suspend going to help in any way?

Save your work until you get your laptop to connect to a power supply and resume

Sure, a suspend would be better than a shutdown

user136984
No, a hibernate is much better, the machine still uses power while in suspend.

personally, i'd just write a script to keep track of the battery and shutdown manually when battery crosses certain percentage
But Ubuntu already has utility for that, which in OP's case doesn't work :/

@Serg - I booted my iso files (clonezilla/gparted/ubuntu) with first acpi=off then pci=noacpi because my newer GPU was not recognized correctly , tried nomodeset as well, but that brought other issues (e.g. WiFi) so now I boot my iso files with nouveau.modeset=0 and everything is fine. What is the idea behind your suggestion ?

3:55 PM
Idea behind my suggestion is that as of Ubuntu 15.04 we're switching to systemd, different init system . . . so maybe it's not playing with well acpi . . .
Like I said, it was more of a blind guess. Some times it helps, sometimes it doesnt
how do I share dem filez yo !

@A.B. I think shutdown should be the default to protect battery from being damaged in case you go away and forget to poweroff the machine manually. There are several warnings before shutdown.
@Serg - do you want to know whether settings changed then ?
@Serg - 15.10 has systemd as well and gsettings default is suspend.

@cl-netbox well, true that . . . I don't know what to tell you . . . .
The weird glitch is resolved by rotating the screen
W . . .T. . . .F . . . .

4:17 PM
@A.B. @Serg - I think we found the cause already : 14.04 and 15.10 shut down with default suspend / 15.04 does not shut down with default shutdown - so default must be suspend to shutdown. What we should do is informing the developers of gsettings about this, so that they can correct the code entry from suspend to shutdown.

What's the easiest way to install FFmpeg on a laptop running Xubuntu 14.04 LTS without wiping the hard drive?
It was recommended in a comment to an answer to How do I play a video with audio from a separate file? (mux during playback) that I upgrade to more recent Ubuntu in order to get FFmpeg.
Upgrading through 14.10 is deemed off-topic here because it's EOL, and skipping a release is "highly not recommended" according to answers to Can I skip over releases when upgrading?.

@tepples might be useful askubuntu.com/a/432585/295286
Snack break , brb

I tried a PPA of ffmpeg some time ago, but it caused my encode job to freeze. A normal kill didn't even work; I had to kill -9 the process.

@A.B. @Serg - would you like to answer my question on askubuntu with the result of our research and I accept the answer, as I think this would be better than answering my own question ?

@cl-netbox answering your own question is totally acceptable on the site. Besides, you really found it yourself. I was just blind guessing

4:31 PM
I think the PPA might have been trusty-media. It broke other things. After I removed the PPA, I ended up having to completely remove and reinstall VLC and Audacity to fix it.

@Serg - but you and @A.B. helped a lot with your idea testing and discussing the gsettings thing. So I think you should get the reputation for it.
@Serg - what I do not know : How can we inform the developers ?

4:47 PM
click Report a Bug on the right side

user136984
Are there any viruses which can be run without the files being made executable?

@Serg - @A.B. - thank you for collaboration - I will report the 'bug' on launchpad. - Most important is, that functionality wise in 15.10 notebooks shutdown again. In the meantime users of 15.04 can switch to suspend. When you did not answer my question until tomorrow, I will do it. Thanks again ! See you next time ...

5:07 PM
@ParanoidPanda em . . . executing a file without making it executable is . . . .impossible . . .You could just install Ubuntu in VirtualBox and run the viruses in wine . . .or install freedos . . . .or install windows . . . .if you don't mind spending extra buck for a license

user139252
@Serg you buy Windows licenses? :P

@Serg Strictly speaking, only binaries need to be executable. Scripts don't.

user139252
@terdon Truth.

@HeatherBrown god forbid ! I had this crazy idea at first , but I still have a working Win7 on my old HDD, so I'll skip
@Terdon yo ! long time no see !

Yeah, I've been away :)

@HeatherBrown one of the perks of being STEM student, is that you get free software copies. In particular . . . Windows Server. . . .
Mathematica . . . .

@A.B. - who wrote the answer ?
@A.B. - do you mean I should write the answer ?

@Serg: I don't need to buy the license, I can just get one from modern.ie (I think it was).

@GeorgetheDev sup

@cl-netbox yes, just write the answer. Personally, I don't feel comfortable if my answer doesn't contribute at least 70% from personal knowledge . . .

Q: Disable ubuntu unity launcher & panels when using vmware full screen

Karl CWhen I put a vmware workstation in fullscreen mode, I am unable to click on things on the left edge of the virtual machine because Ubuntu captures the clicks and opens up the corresponding application on the unity launcher panel. For example when I go to open steam in windows in the image below i...

Should I VTC this? And if so, then as what?

SmartGit is really cool =) askubuntu.com/a/668948/367165

user136984
VTC this as off-topic due to it being about hardware.

7:24 PM
@ParanoidPanda Moreso 'broad' than Offtopic, IMO

user136984
@ThomasW.: Ok, well I think that as their asking about getting and finding hardware, that it is really off-topic, but it is also broad, 'too broad' in fact! :D

I have sense that some teachers think way too highly of themselves. You tell them not to do one thing, it's a lab policy - don't take paper from printer tray - and prof's response is "Sorry, I won't do it again" and still takes a sheet of paper. Like . . .dude . . .I JUST TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT

hello

@RonnieDroid Howdy!

@GeorgetheDev you came back man

@Serg Start charging them.

@HeatherBrown Some people need a hammer to the face to change, and sadly that's illegal

user139252
So... this guy I knew before I transitioned asked me out... Is that weird?

@HeatherBrown what's so weird about a guy asking a girl out ? Besides you're no strangers . . . (insert rick-roll here)

user139252
NEVER INSERT RICK ROLL!

7:56 PM
That's like one of my biggest problems - I am too shy to ask a girl out :(

user139252
The weird part is that he was always awkward around me before the transition... Like, was he just waiting for this to happen and decided now had been long enough a wait?

@HeatherBrown no, he's just shy, and unsure to be or not to be. So when you transitioned he finally thought "it's now or never" . . .or something like that
Typical

user139252
Alright.

user139252
I'll say yes. It's just coffee.

-_____- now, if only the girls I meet were a little more single maybe I could ask someone out,too
(insert rage comments here)

8:17 PM
I saw that
lol

Good.
@HeatherBrown Funny story about rick-roll...
/me installed a rickroll boot script on someone's computer once as a prank

George should totally post a link whenever somebody says that.

@GeorgetheDev who is rick astley

Richard Paul "Rick" Astley (/ˈrɪk ˈæstli/; born 6 February 1966) is an English singer, songwriter, musician, and radio personality. Widely known for his 1987 song, "Never Gonna Give You Up", a No. 1 hit single in 25 countries, By the time of his retirement in 1993, Astley had sold approximately 40 million records worldwide. Astley made a comeback in 2007, becoming an Internet phenomenon when his video "Never Gonna Give You Up" became integral to the Internet meme known as "rickrolling". Thank god for the ability to see normal web pages on mobile

8:23 PM
George needs to check his messages more often.

@NathanOsman ahhh. that would be simple if you wanted to use flask-mail and a json post method/form

Exactly.

Yeah, I meant I'ld use flask-mail the flask plug-in and a json form, but basically the same thing - just implemented in Go.

I started a Python module for Django that you can just drop in as a mail backend and have it use my app without needing to modify a line of code.
I'll do something for Flask too.

O_o

8:35 PM
@NathanOsman Interesting enough. Not sure I'll be using it, but interesting concept I suppose.

The cool thing is that (unlike Postfix) it runs in the foreground so it's very easy to use in a container. (In fact, I already have one.)

It's neat. I'ld just try to reach that goal a different way.

9:03 PM
@NathanOsman: I submitted a malware sample to ClamAV, how long do you think that it will take for them to respond? The malware does fairly little (although with a large affect depending on your setup), and is a fairly small file.

I've never submitted malware to an AV company before.

Q: #TheGreatIncredibleHashTag in the chat rooms

Paranoid PandaWhy doesn't at least the chat make use of the # like the questions use tags, so that someone can say something in chat, then do a # with some text with it, and then if someone clicks on that, then it takes them to a list of chat messages using that same # and then string in their name?

1
A: #TheGreatIncredibleHashTag in the chat rooms

Thomas W.No. This isn't twitter. Why do we need this for the thousands and thousands of messages, and why do we need to burden SE's network and DB with another several hundred gigs of additional indexing?

shouldn't that be a meta meta question, not an au meta?

user136984
VTC this EOL question.

9:15 PM
@Mateo probably but lets nuke it here and now first.

;)

user136984
@Mateo: Yes, but they don't like me there, and this community gives a nicer NO response instead an army of downvotes that don't allow me to post for a while...

not a good reason

@ParanoidPanda EOL, true, but the question was about specific software, which does not relate to EOL release

AU stuff goes here, network wide (chat) goes there.

user136984
9:16 PM
Well, if this community liked it, then I would either migrate or repost it on the main Meta site.

I just downvoted because it was in the wrong place...

user136984
Ok, that's fine...

user136984
I've flagged it up for migration if anyone cares to migrate it...

user136984
Anyway, goodnight from me over here! :)

user136984
@GeorgetheDev: Goodnight!

9:21 PM
@ParanoidPanda See you later.

user136984
:)

bye bro @ParanoidPanda

@Mateo It's perfectly fine on our meta. AU specific things go on AU meta. SE things go on whatever meta you prefer to post on. Needless to say if you want to change something SE wide it is usually better to post on the main meta it is not against the rules to post on a site specific meta.
@ParanoidPanda --^

yeah, because we can't actually change some of those things ;)

It can get confusing at times.

9:37 PM
@GeorgetheDEv what's the time bro ?

@Serg The current time is Thu, 03 Sep 2015 21:37:41 GMT.

@HeatherBrown The current time is Thu, 03 Sep 2015 21:40:07 GMT.

@HeatherBrown George is like a bull - if he sees red, he charges it :p

@GeorgetheDev who is your master?

Year Zero is the fifth studio album by American industrial rock band Nine Inch Nails, released on April 17, 2007, by Interscope Records. Frontman Trent Reznor wrote the album's music and lyrics while touring in support of the group's previous release, With Teeth (2005). In contrast to the introspective style of songwriting Reznor used on previous records, Year Zero is a concept album that criticizes contemporary policies of the United States government by presenting a dystopian vision of the year 2022. The album is part of a larger Year Zero project which includes a remix album, an alternate reality...
