@msh210 Oh. MW says that a warrant = guarantee = security, and Collins says it's "something that serves to give reliable or formal assurance of something; guarantee, pledge, or security". (But hmm, I'd rather probably not take it, and instead wait for someone else to get the intended answer...)

@oAlt Ah, okay then, it works well. Go ahead. (My intended answer was earnest ddef: thou art deserving of = thou earnest, and earnest that you give when you buy a house is the same as security.)

(I assumed you meant "I'd rather not take it" for altruistic reasons rather than that you really don't want to. If I misunderstood, I apologize.)

Bob Bingham is a "guitar [player], bass [singer], and vocalist". Especially the latter two (he's not so much a guitarist, and even less a guitar). But I don't see, at all, how the wordplay would work.
