Get a local appliance / server you drop off that collects it, and then siphons it, compressed and rate limited or whatever, off to you DC in a manner that you can sustain.

You're great at pricing packages out and getting paid, so you can make money off that.

Local stuff backs up to local appliance, local appliance can send up to mothership. Sell a local appliance for a profit, sell the mothership for a recurring fee.

Price it out. People will buy it.

@ewwhite I looked into being a unitrends reseller / partner a few years ago. The price gets way better relatively fast if I remember. If you can sell ten in a year you'll be getting way better margins.
