I have a file which has contents similar to this... 10004 "ALCAZAR " 115.0000 : 1 1.00000 1.042060 2.70188 10 Now I want to replace all the double quotes in that file with that of a single quotes. How do i do this?

Which brings up a question for me. I feel like flagging something like that as "Spam" unwanted junk , reguardless of it being Sales. But (as you well know) the Spam definition leans to it being sales items. Would it ever pose a problem to call this junk what it is Spam, and not what it isnt "not an answer" which suggests that it is a comment or a MeeToo ?
