Hi, I asked a question a few years ago, and I'm still interested in finding an answer. I just edited it to add a small point. Is there anything else I can do to make my question more visible to users who might help? Thanks.

There's no Chrome at all in Task Manager.

Unfortunately, I'm not informed enough to evaluate guesses. All I can do is google around and try fixes.

I've been adding more and more, but the basic idea is very simple. Chrome won't launch when you click on its icons. Instead, delegate_execute.exe does something for about one second. The only workaround is to launch Chrome from a right-click menu.

@OliverSalzburg Unfortunately, I don't seem to have a directory called "C:\Documents and Settings\".

@TomWijsman Unfortunately, when I Google "chrome process inspect threads", I don't see anything that sheds light on your suggestion.

@Boris_yo The band across the top of my screen reads "76987 31 * 3". Does that mean I am under 50?

Is there something I should do to encourage people to give answers to the question, or should I continue to wait?

That's very interesting. I don't know why I would have been manually suspended for 60 minutes. I made one rude comment in response to a user who was repeatedly berating and ridiculing me.

Hi, I was just wondering why it took 55 minutes or so to regain speaking privileges. The message said "your account has been automatically suspended for posting inappropriate content and cannot chat for 29 minutes."
