For the motormouth in you! (mechanics.stackexchange.com)

@motosubatsu - No lie. I was worried about it as well. Almost threw my own hat in the ring because of the lack, but was glad to see you two were brave enough to go forth. :o)
Jun 24 20:09
@Chenmunka @motosubatsu - I had to vote for one of you two on Writing.SE ... tough choice, because I think both of you are worthy. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor :o)

A: two stroke engine with an oil pump? possible, why not?

Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2The Detroit Diesel Series 71 and Series 92 engines were both 2-stroke engines utilizing oil pumps. I'm sure there are other examples. Both are fuel injected and have the intake air charge coming through the crankcase.

This is a tired room ...
Feb 16 12:48
@Shalvenay - My apologies ... I didn't realize ... thick in the head, it would seem :o)
Feb 15 21:53
What the OP was calling "evaporative emissions" most of the rest of us would call "gas fumes" or just "fumes"
Feb 15 21:53
@Shalvenay - The emissions tag is for the government regulations concerning the amount of bad gasses which come out of your car. That's not what the OP was asking about.
Feb 11 18:33
@JohnP - Haha ... we're getting a noreaster and about 6-7" of snow by tomorrow morning. Yah, not "working on the truck" kinda weather, lol
Feb 11 17:57
@RoryAlsop - Haha ... was just thinking about it ... I've got an 86 IROC-Z in the driveway ... it'll be (technically) 40 years old this fall (I don't know the exact manufacture date, but assume it was made in the fall of 85). It is in "okay" condition, but I've got some plans for it. I've got to first get my son's K5 Blazer out of the driveway first ... as soon as the weather gets better :o)
Feb 11 17:56
@JohnP - Awesome that it's on the road ... sucks about the plastic.
Feb 3 13:44
@Shalvenay - I have no worries. I can work where I'm at for the foreseeable future ... I'd just like to find something sooner rather than later. The longer I work for the government, I believe it will push my date I can "retire-retire" further to the right.
Feb 3 11:55
@Shalvenay - Federal
Jan 30 21:23
Plus I do have some experience in that area, too. Haven't been able to work that end of things for a while mainly due to the fact the entity I work for hires contractors to do that work.
Jan 30 21:22
@Martin - My Masters degree is in Systems Engineering, so I can work along those lines or being a program manager. This would primarily be in IT. I do have a lead for another company where I'd be a DBA. That position really interests me, because it is more technical and involves troubleshooting which not only am I good at, but enjoy a lot.
Jan 29 22:23
@Martin - Doing well overall. Trying to get a contracting job so I can retire from the government and start drawing my pension. Double-dip for a while. If things work out, I'd then be able to retire-retire in about 6 or 7 years. :o) Family is good. It's been cold here, but better over the last few days ... a little reprieve, as it were.
Jan 29 00:51
@Martin - How are you! Haven't seen you on in forever (or maybe I'm just not noticing things, lol). Hope all is well and you're not freezing to death over there across the pond :o)
Jan 1 09:21
@All - Happy New Year! Here's to hoping 2025 is an awesome year for all of us!
Jan 1 09:20
@Shalvenay - Never really thought about it? (Good question!)
Dec 28, 2024 14:40
@JohnP - Sounds like you've got a fun project going on :o)
Dec 25, 2024 15:36
@JohnP - Sorry for the late reply, but looks like you've got about 99% coverage on what I'd do ... I'm leaving out the 1% just because no list is ever perfect, lol.
Dec 25, 2024 15:36
Merry Christmas ALL! :o)
Oct 15, 2024 19:43
It should definitely have an interesting sound.
Oct 15, 2024 19:43
@RoryAlsop - I saw that a couple of weeks ago when he first put out the video. All I can say is ... MIND BLOWN, lol

Mar 4 13:33
What is the base material the part you are drilling out is buried into?
Mar 4 13:33
Since this is a scooter, the question is just fine here.

@Randal'Thor - I'm sure you remember, but our buddy had an issue with this and closed it even though it already had a viable answer. Then a group of awesome individuals re-opened it and it lives on in the annuls of history :o)
Feb 12 23:27
@Randal'Thor - I find it funny ... I posted this post about Space Opera 10 years ago (well, on 14 Feb it'll be that old) and every once in a while it'll get a spike in upvotes. Someone posted a small-ish "answer" on it two days ago and it's received five upvotes since then. I feel special, lol :o)
Sep 25, 2024 15:05
I'll leave you alone. Just wanted to check in as to the series. I'll probably let you know when I "PLOD" through what's left ... lol
Sep 25, 2024 15:04
It works, lol.
Sep 25, 2024 15:03
@Randal'Thor - I never really had a problem with the "PLOD". To me, while Rand is the main focus, both Mat and Perrin should be given deference as well considering they are ta'veren and connected to Rand. It makes sense in my head, anyways.
Sep 25, 2024 14:58
Nonetheless ... I'm still enjoying ... Also, if I'm past the "boring" book, I never noticed it (someone on here was lamenting one of the books drags on).
Sep 25, 2024 14:56
I do like what is happening to Lan ... I just got past the part where he was "discovered" at the pass just before entering the Blight ... when he realizes Nynaeve has done him wrong, then thanks her for it.
Sep 25, 2024 14:53
Yes, there are a few plotlines, aren't there ;-)
Sep 25, 2024 14:52
Maybe I just need to continue reading and have fun doing so regardless :o)
Sep 25, 2024 14:51
@Randal'Thor - I'd agree you're right ... nonetheless, it's annoying, lol
Sep 25, 2024 14:50
@Randal'Thor - Maybe once with Mat when we lose track of him for over a book and a half ... after he gets crushed by the building when the Seanchan attack Ebu Dar (Sp).
Sep 25, 2024 14:48
Still, though, the reading is good and is dragging me along at an ever increased rate, lol.
Sep 25, 2024 14:48
This isn't the only time I've seen it ... this is just an example.
Sep 25, 2024 14:47
We already know of the events from Rand's side of things as (IIRC) it had happened at the end of B12. Anyways, if you aren't paying attention, it can be very annoying.
Sep 25, 2024 14:47
@Randal'Thor - I'm encroaching on the end of B13 ... I have found one thing which Sanderson does which is a little annoying, that being he makes the reader go back in the timeline to cover something. For example ... Perrin is in the wolf dream world (whatever you want to call it), where the rest of the wolves are at Dragonmount waiting for The Last Hunt to either begin. Perrin arrives and climbs Dragonmount to basically find Rand and watches as he breaks free of the blackness.
Sep 11, 2024 19:37
@Randal'Thor - Nonetheless ... I appreciate your willing ear (figuratively, of course) and the conversation about the discourse. :o)
Sep 10, 2024 16:00
I like the Mat/Tuon relationship (and a huge dynamic twist to things) so I'm wondering where it's going to end up. Didn't want it to be like, "Boom ... she's dead".

Q: VNH7040 Multisense pin

BHUVANESH 10 BI am using VNH7040 as my motor driver IC , I am not sure about what the output of the multisense pin will be during current monitoring, does it give the exact output current or a volatge proportional to it. So should i connect this pin to my microcontroller ( ESP32 ), or should i connect it to a ...
