@RoryAlsop We have the problem of all the plastics dry rot and crumble. The clutch master just split into pieces when we went to unscrew the top. But, we put wheels to the road this weekend! Brakes good, goes smoothly through all the gears. Slight misfire a couple times in cylinder 2 threw P codes, but we haven't changed the plugs/wires out yet. Soft top is shot, will need a new one.

@JohnP We don't usually have that here. I mean, typically I keep cars until they are 15-20 years old. Generally at that point they are rusty, and have other issues, but the plastics are all fine

@RoryAlsop - Haha ... was just thinking about it ... I've got an 86 IROC-Z in the driveway ... it'll be (technically) 40 years old this fall (I don't know the exact manufacture date, but assume it was made in the fall of 85). It is in "okay" condition, but I've got some plans for it. I've got to first get my son's K5 Blazer out of the driveway first ... as soon as the weather gets better :o)
