if no one else comes forward then I will. I will provide realistic caveats as to the time I can devote to it, but will make sure there is a vote. I've finished my schooling for a little while so may a little more free time, but don't want to take the place if someone else with more ability to commit to it wants the job. But I agree that we need a vote rather than a parade. it'll only be for a single place though, I think we all accept that.

@yossarian, I agree it doesn't need to be touched. It is a new user (5days) who does not have enough rep to edit who has submitted the edit, so its waiting for approval. I think they don't have a feel for the running of the place yet. Its tagged both grilling and barbeque...

I'm feeling that this is not a valid edit, as to me (as a brit) the OP is asking about BBQ, but wanted to know what others think...

to replace BBQ with grilling, with the comment that 'BBQ is not the same as grilling'

@bikeboy389, kofta don't usually contain oats, and to have it be a meat flapjack you'd need the oats, otherwise it'd be more burger like.

surely there should be some sort of minced lamb/raisin/cinnamon Moroccan style flapjack that would be good?
