so I saw this, and it got me thinking...

anyone got an decent ideas for some sort of meat based flapjack?
surely there should be some sort of minced lamb/raisin/cinnamon Moroccan style flapjack that would be good?

@SamHolder Isn't that basically what kofta kabobs are? They're ground meat pressed around a skewer and cooked. You could take the same recipe and just make it as thin patties.
