How to connect the two. I suspect the solar panel connector would have a lot of wires. Plus would the idea even work? Will my panel and battery short at the first place?
Jan 21, 2024 06:00
I am here for some ideas.

I have a 6v Solar panel. I would like to connect it to a battery controller to charge a 12v car battery. I have found such controllers https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005579600217.html? but they all require me to connect the solar panel by opening the wire and screwing the terminals. Solar connectors _dont_ support such thing.

Bought a Dell inspiron 15 with Intel Iris last month. Now the new Dell inspiron 14 and 16 is out. Acer put up some aspire as well. Why does the world hate me... it's like the universe is hating me.
May 21, 2022 06:30
@MiG yes, try it with a new inspiron an you will surely break it right in half! Now they have 2 in 1.

@gparyani shame that we can't keep the precision at home. Only on work. Father has an 2020 dell latitude 15 i7.
May 19, 2022 16:43
We don't get MacBooks (not that affordable) tho.
May 19, 2022 16:42
@gparyani Our place went a little same: Inspiron 15 i7 with upgraded 1TB and stock 512GB ssd. An acer aspire i5 for my mom. And a dell precision 5560 (not informed abour specs) for my dad who is a lecturer.

@MartinSleziak No, MSE reads it differently.
Jan 22, 2022 06:56
@MartinSleziak It is about removing that sentence, I am asking to add the part same review type or something suitable.
Jan 22, 2022 06:35
Shouldn't it be This badge can be awarded multiple times for the same review type?
Jan 22, 2022 06:34
Does that last line make sense?
Jan 22, 2022 06:32
> Complete at least 1,000 review tasks. This badge is awarded multiple times per review type. This badge can be awarded multiple times.

@ThomasWard Hello, Thomas, thanks for your action. You referred to me as bickering, what exact action should I take when a user continues to post false thing and generally unproductive stuff like that?

Also this idea could be modified to
1) give warning regarding other problems like the 20.10 questions.
2) a link to a meta post regarding why they are off topic.
and so on.
Dec 29, 2021 05:14
> Give a pop-up when users use a specific tag or use specific text in the body. When a user uses a tag, such as 20.10 (on ask ubuntu) the question is generally off-topic. So giving a warning to users that Ubuntu 20.10 has got EOL in 20xx and is no longer supported, questions about Ubuntu 20.10 are generally off topic Giving a warning will notify users that 20.10 is EOL and their question is off-topic.
