Heck it was funny from the start - the fastest normal moving technique involves what looks like the main character just flinging themselves forward in a ridiculous half jump
I caught the Uncharted 2 run live and it was amazing. This is a speedrun where there's a technique called "normal air walk" (implying there are, uh, even less normal air walking)
Also because of the way the game is structured there is basically one standard "build" unlike say Stellaris where there are enough choices to play in several different ways
The game is quite buggy though. You get weird things like that and very occasionally it softlocks. The AI is also quite bad, so the higher difficulty mostly just gives them ridiculous buffs instead of playing smarter. The cultures are not balanced - some of them are very good and others are so bad you'll almost never choose them
The graphics and sound is good. I think the simplification they made to systems are okay - it's more streamlined than Civ which does mean it lose some depth but the game is also easier to pick up
