@DavidPostill I meant... translate (I think). So, on my screen it shows the code whereas on the other screen it just shows the link. Like the same results we get when we use [TITLE](URL)
@JourneymanGeek I knew that hehe. I was curious as to, how and why it works. I'm just overly inquisitive about the seemingly simple things :D I try to "stay in my lane" now, though.
@JourneymanGeek Thank you :) I'll read it soon! I feel it too. The Stack exchange mobile app, is a bit difficult to work with! If you open it in a Web page and go from there, it's a lot easier, however. Editing messages cannot be done though :(
I wonder if the ACPI protocols can fail, too. You'd be relying on the battery running out: if that itself, doesn't rely on ACPI protocols, also (!). All of the above considering it's portable PC not a Desktop PC, obviously :D Imagine it computers could create their own power source... It could possibly recycle kinetic energy but, having a self sustaining PC that could cope with the power load of a resource heavy PC would be incredible.
Saying that, what does a power button actually do? It seems straightforward and obvious but, I assume there's more to it than interrupting the power source. Would it act like a circuit switch -- just more complex?
@Bob Decisions-Decisions. I'll try to be more patient next time ;P Thankfully, word processors and DBs unpromptly keep a record/"save" an extra copy automatically. Phew. I presume however, that when you force shut down a system, it does non of those!?
