@lemontree, totally agree with you but the point of the person about cultural background was more like, the A language has managed to include big amount of literature and poets, who also helped the language to be developed into a better one than language B which lacks that amount of literature

Q: Is using static context in php considered bad practice and why?

azerafatiin PHP as I understand, every time a request is received in the server a complete new instance is created to handle and process and create a response for that specific request. therefore a static context shared between all users is only possible through other means. (DB, files ...) So let's say...

Q: Is there a free VPN service that works on Ubuntu?

amordeI use Hotspot Shield (Free VPN) on the Windows. Do anyone know of a similar tool or service for Ubuntu? that: Would not require me to have any server. would hide my IP. Would effectively tunnel all my connections in Ubuntu. have free plans please explain pros and cons of your suggestions.
