@Makyen Ah, I was not aware of that. Yes, that is extremely unfortunate. It is not surprising that people would abuse free resources, but it is somewhat surprising that they'd try to do it for cryptocurrency mining.
@Makyen The nice thing about putting the work into these types of optimizations is that it wouldn't just make the CI/tests faster, but it would also improve real-world performance during operation.
On the other hand, as you explained, there's very little advantage in pegging the CPU at 100%, especially on shared hosting, and if you're already getting reasonably close to 100%. The big advantage would be parallelism allowing use of multiple cores, but I don't know if your current host has that many cores such that it would be worthwhile.
I was mostly just surprised to see CI/tests taking so long, as in my world (C++), 5 minutes is an absurdly long amount of time. But, of course, it's understandable why that is the case (shared hosting/resource utilization, DNS lookups, GIL, etc.), and not necessarily indicative of a problem that needs to be fixed, just something that surprised me due to my lack of experience with it.
There was also, admittedly, a hint of, "Golly gee, Python's dog-slow", which I relish pointing out at any opportunity. :-p
I don't know much about the internal architecture of SD, but my naive intuition says that moving/separating things out to separate processes probably wouldn't be much more efficient, if any. I am assuming you need to share a lot of resources, and that plenty of things are forced into being sequential as a result of other gates (like submission of chat messages), so true parallelism is probably not going to be achievable anyway, and you have to consider that splitting out processes is going to introduce overhead.

The frustrating thing is, you can't tell if the actual thing you're trying to watch is already watched, or if it's just a false positive because we are basically watching everything containing "apk". :-)
Actual answer: yes. If it contained otherwise useful content, the verdict might change because then it could be salvaged by editing, but that cannot be, so it's R/A-flaggable.

@cocomac It needs to be a watch. There are FPs on the network. Remember that a MS search only searches amongst probable spam. Even considering these 28 FPs, I think it's a reasonable watch to have in place, though.
