@DavidPostill I suppose technically you could argue that, but from the Smoke Detector point of view, people mistakenly posting in the wrong language because they are unfamiliar with the site's rules is not something we would want to systematically red-flag
On SO, the handling of a red flag on non-English-but-not-otherwise-spammy-or-rude is going to depend on which mod you draw and how junky-looking the post was.
@tripleee in the interest of reducing possible confusion, would you be interested in editing this "PRs are broken" message to say: "are were broken"? Or else maybe clearing the one star it has?
@tripleee Was there a message from SD indicating these needed a "(?#NO NorAm)" notation? I'm asking because these can't be North American numbers (North American numbers can't start with a zero), so SD shouldn't be saying that identifying it as North American or not is indeterminate and that the "(?#NO NorAm)" is needed. There's nothing wrong with you including that text when not needed. You're welcome to do so. I'm merely concerned that SD might not be operating correctly and is complaining about the need for a "(?#NO NorAm)" notation when SD should be identifying it as not a North American number just from the number.

@SmokeDetector fp- As far as I can tell, the linked sites are "official" jedox sites, not personal blogs, so the lack of disclosure even if there's affiliation, isn't an issue.
