@MartinSleziak SD doesn't currently scan comments. While it would be possible for SD to perform some limited scanning of the comments which exist on each post when scanning the post, it's not something which is currently done, nor do we have any infrastructure in place to handle reports of comments even if posted (i.e. metasmoke doesn't know about them either). It probably would be a good idea to run such comments through at least some testing, but we'd have to take a close look at what might work.
Unfortunately, unlike posts, there's no feed of newly posted or edited comments. Thus, in order to get recently posted comments, it would be necessary to poll each and every site individually, which would require a substantial amount of SE API quota, much more than SD has available remaining. There are, however, other bots which do some scanning of comments, but I believe those concentrate on specific sites (e.g. SO in SOBotics).
