yeah, I think there's a grace period there where MS will actually edit a feedback, but if you're outside that grace period it'll invalidate the old one and create a new one
@double-beep (cc @Undo) Yes. If you give another feedback within 24 hours of your prior feedback, then the older feedback is replaced. If you give another feedback more than 24 hours after your prior feedback then you will leave an additional feedback. In that case, the older feedback will not be automatically removed. Either you or an admin will need to "clear" (i.e. delete) the older feedback. If you delete it, then it doesn't count against you in your % invalidated feedback.
