Q: Civilization 5, is it possible to fix scarcity of reources?

Is it possible to adjust or apply a mod to fix the scarcity of resources?. I know that some resources are scarse but sometimes they are too scarse. For example, i tripped aroud the globe and i only got 2 uranium.

I mean really, once you make it that small, the only way you get user accessible ram is by having it installed as a slide in exterior slot, and that's just not going to happen.
