so, I see that this was classified as tpu- half a year ago... well, I think that was actually a misconception akin to this, since it looks like the answerer simply thought that they should only post the output (it happens over quite a few competitions online)... I think naa- feedback would've been correct

@SmokeDetector This is the user's 2nd post in an hour about this product/site. Both questions have previous spam for this product. The user was destroyed by a moderator.
@Zoe I don't feel that blacklisting this is appropriate at this time. It doesn't meet the blacklisting criteria (5TP 0FP). It has 2 TP and 1 FP on MS. I understand there are more deleted answers with it, but there are also 23 hits on SE, including some from high rep users: at least 1 & 2.

@NobodyNada I agree it's unclear. There does appear to be someone spamming this domain/product today (one user was destroyed by a moderator). IMO, it's going to take a moderator to determine if it's the same person with a different account. Although, I'd note that there's a pattern to the accounts: Name with middle initial and using an image of a model for the profile pic.
When I searched I could only find 3 SE hits (did it the wrong way though, didn't know url:example.com was a thing), + about 7 (don't remember the exact number) brand new obvious spam posts made me blacklist it.
7 > 5. All of the ones I could find were caught by Natty, not smokey, because no one reported it. A bunch of them were deleted as spam too
@Zoe Yes, I looked at all of them, and had previously seen many of them based on an earlier investigation. An important criteria for the blacklist is the 0 FP, which this does not have. Ultimately, what the blacklisting criteria are supposed to predict is that we will have a very high %TP rate for the added item that is comparable to what the blacklist is currently getting on MS.
For websites, that's 99.97% in titles, 98.83% in question bodies, and 91.21% in answers. Given the current number of TP, even including the non-detected ones, vs. the existing posts mentioning the domain (assuming they are all FP), it does not appear to me that this detection will maintain a TP rate that's in those ballparks.
I'm also concerned that having it on the blacklist may be biasing people towards marking things as spam when they may not be spam, due to the question requesting pointers to such tools. OTOH, I agree that it looks like someone is spamming that domain today. Admittedly, these posts are judgement calls.
