@SmokeDetector The listed site does have relevant information. This appears to be the first instance that we've seen of this site. It's only used once on all of SE. I'm giving the user the benefit of the doubt and just calling it NAA.

@tripleee Jio is a legitimate cell phone service provider in India; I know that because I went there and used one of their SIMs for local service.
@tripleee That said, the domain looks like they're impersonating their name, and aren't really that of the actual service provider. It lacks the proper branding; the real website is jio.com

@SmokeDetector I'm calling it spam because it doesn't answer the question, it's advertising their youtube channel, and on questions like these it's important that everything is kept nice and professional
I should probably be taking a closer look but if it's clearly not a reply to the question and it is attempting to drive traffic to the user's Youtube content then yes
if it's not their own content then really hard to say
If it answered the question or supported their answer in some way, then I wouldn't call it spam. However, given that the the user appears to have just joined the site today, that suggests that they're just trying to push traffic to their youtube video.
ok, I see. Sorry @angussidney for declining the flag. Personally I am still on the fence, so I will still let the community have a look at it (and maybe another mod, if they pass by)

@SmokeDetector The concepts behind the question text don't appear to match the linked site/page. Thus, I feel this is spam rather than a misplaced/off-topic question.
individual phrases are probably not a good metric, one purpose is to tag for possible machine learning where you want all broadly similar posts to be classified with the same label regardless of the precise wording
I'm fine with merging #voodoo-doctor with #spellcaster if that is regarded as a better label, though I guess we might want to find an even better label to rule them all?
