I once again restated what he should do if he has problems with the rule, and also what to do if he wishes to further oppose the closing of his question. @RonanForman Depends on how well written the legal boilerplate rules are, and how well he can prove that they were not clearly articulated. At a guess: if more money were at stake, he'd probably have grounds for a suit, though he might not win it. With this little money at stake, the minute he lawyers up, SE should just throw an SSD at him because it'd be cheaper than 2 hours of an attorneys time.
Most such contests have terms that say basically "you can't sue under any circumstances". However, one of the things about suing is that even if you have no grounds, you still have the right to sue. The more pertinent questions are whether it is would a) get immediately thrown out b) be cheaper to buy the prize you would have one. In this case I believe the answers are "no" and "yes" respectively. Though you do have to feel for the guy.

@tiddy I don't believe EA really cares about their rep that much. Aside from recent news, they are the target of much hate from various parties. They draw some of that criticism due to their size, but also of course due to their policies.
@Sterno Given the description of what's included, that might be accurate. Most of the cinematics don't have extended conversation, so I doubt that it'll add anything to make what the child said any less illogical. I have a feeling this is just the content that was originally planned to be there, but got scrapped when the production staff said it was "unnecessary," which will likely change very little. But, I guess we'll see. ;)
