and actually allow the use of git in gitmanager

so you could theoretically run Smokey on a Windows env.

we're going to be using a homegrown wrapper around subprocess and windows calls

and rely on sh.git for *nix systems

the only place I use dulwich is in the globalvars to get commit data out of the tree in all environments and I have no intention to use dulwich elsewhere lol.

i'm not replacing sh.git with dulwich

i'm adding our own wrapper around git via subprocess calls to the system installed Git binary for Windows

since dulwich isn't even fully functional yet for simple things, in that we have to headache our way around things, :P

and this is for standard Smokey, not ng

though you're free to use my wrapper, as I might actually publish it as gitwrap_win or such.

if it works

the question is whether or not that'd be desirable

since Dulwich is not kind for those functions
