@TheDestroyer @Tezz @ChinmaySarupria - is the kriya yoga of shree Mahavatar Babaji and the kriya yoga described in purana's is same ? I know kriya yoga from puranas but dont know about MB teachings or method. :)
@SwiftPushkar SB page is different, it talks about devotion to Sri Hari in the name of Kriya yoga. @TheDestroyer Kriya Yoga is only pranayama and nothing else.
Kriya Yoga deals with Prana via breathing exercises, it doesn't even require bathing.
@Tezz @TheDestroyer @ChinmaySarupria - but SB chapter mainly is kriya yoga (worship of krishna) i want to know general kirya yoga is same as described in SB or Different. Are there variations according to schools e. yoga school
@ChinmaySarupria oh ok , that was i wanted to confirm ... thanks , wait , SB is talking abt. pranayama also ..

While reading Mukhya Upanishads, I found there are many verses that say who does upasana upon Brahman or Om, is led up or reach/attain to Brahmaloka.
Example: (Verses from Sanskritdocuments and English translations from scared-texts):

@Pandya To be simple, Vishishtadvaita is the refinery of advaita. Visishta-advaita. (qualified monism). If Brahman is an ocean, jiva is just a water drop. Jiva's(water drop) ultimate goal is to reach the (brahman) ocean.
> Now, According to Vishsishtadvaita, individual selves (Jivatmas) are different from each other and actually not the Brahman (only one). And (only one) Brahman dwells in Jivatmas.
@Pandya I saw Keshav's comment. That comment is generally for newbies. So asked.
Welcome to Hinduism.SE! No, the number of atmas on Earth isn't constant, because there are also atmas in other worlds. But if you add the total number of atmas in all the worlds (plus those who have attained Moksha), that number will be constant. — Keshav Srinivasan ♦Sep 8 '15 at 11:29
