What I'm doing is looking for answers that are out dated (for example, the VLC and Beatbox answers were outdated majorly), and updating them. Also, answers that are woefully anemic I'm adding some life to. ...as for the food...

Use windows for all issues related to interoperability with Microsoft Windows. (That's what we do on Unix & Linux, where the problematic is the same.)
I don't think it's a good idea to have a completely different meaning for the same tag. I recommend window-NOUN tags, such as window-manageme...
Let's blacklist the windows tag (prevent anyone from using it) because it's too ambiguous. Instead:
Use window-management for the 'GUI object' (instead of windows and window)
Use the already heavily used windows-xp, vista and windows-7 and don't let anyone tag with the generic "windows"
Anyways - time to find another tag/question/answer.
We pick questions and tags that need to be updated to modern standards (like for example, the first question I started with had some woefully outdated answers, some answers had practically no information, etc).
Then, we bombard them with updates until they submit willingly (or not) to our sovereign will - which is to have reasonably up-to-date content :).
Also, what @jrg said is a good method for finding such offenders and ridding them from our Kingdom. (Find a tag, look for outdated questions/answers - edit, edit, edit - or post a new answer.)
