For an array of numbers, generate an array where for every element all neighbouring elements are added to itself, and return the sum of that array.
Here is the transformation which occurs on the input array [1,2,3,4,5]

@TheveryevilROFLcopter I mean that, put the long description on a footer of the question itself, but the bounty description is to be kept short, not long. I've seen this sort of thing in the past too.

@El'endiaStarman You are right, I think many times a discovery was just waiting to be made, and it was only a matter of time until someone discovered it. Especially in physics, math or chemistry.
There are so many things that have been discovered multiple times by different persons in a short period of time, and I think that certianly supports that.
